The Greentech Industrials & Infrastructure (“GII”) team is one of the leading and largest sector teams at Nomura with a strong track record and significant transaction pipeline. We work closely with other teams to deliver the full suite of Nomura's products and services to our clients who primarily include governments, corporates, infrastructure investors and financial sponsors.
Role description:
This is a Team/Executive Assistant role for the Greentech Industrials & Infrastructure Investment Banking team, supporting the group head and the direct reports.
The person serves as key member and works directly with the Zurich team as well as with clients, and will be involved in all the following activities:
- Manage multiple calendars
- Arrange travel and meetings (domestic and international)
- Create, submit and review expense reports
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Greet clients and guests / Reception desk
- Assist with IT service partners for ad hoc IT support (Video conference system etc.)
- Order office supplies and liaise with vendors
- Maintain cleanliness of conference rooms and kitchen area
- Assist with internal event planning
- Compile information packages on prospective corporate clients
- Printing and binding of presentation materials
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- Discretion and ability to maintain the individual’s privacy as well as confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters
- Demonstration of initiative, self-motivation and good judgment in resolving issues
