Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior professional to join our Structured Products Sales team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the world of financial markets, with a focus on delivering tailored investment solutions to institutional clients.
As part of our front-office sales team, you will assist senior salespeople in preparing, executing, and following up on structured product transactions, while gaining valuable insight into structuring, pricing, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in structuring, pricing, and documenting derivative products (equities, rates, FX, commodities, etc.)
- Prepare client presentations, term sheets, and marketing materials
- Conduct market research and monitor economic and financial developments
- Maintain and update client databases and sales reports
- Coordinate with trading, structuring, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with internal projects and contribute to process improvements
Desired Profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in financial markets and derivatives
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; knowledge of VBA or Python is a plus
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluent in English, French or German is a plus
