Responsibilities

  • Sales support role supporting Global Market Sales desks in AEJ region, across FX, fixed income and equity derivatives products traded by Sales with external clients
  • Responsible for end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade execution support, trade booking, post-trade processing, market monitoring, and stakeholder communication
  • Review trade processes, seek streamlining and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and ensure processes are performed in a robust and controlled environment
  • Manage relationships with sales teams and trading desks, and business partners such as Technology and global operations counterparts

 

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or post graduate qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Pro-active, independent and self-motivated
  • Good attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Candidates with Senior Securities Specialist License are preferred.
