Investment Banking

Nomura's Investment Banking department is a leading global player offering a comprehensive range of advisory and capital-raising services to clients. Nomura's Investment Banking team specializes in mergers and acquisitions, equity, and debt capital markets, and restructuring and financing, with a strong track record of success and exceptional service to clients across industries. Responsibilities

• Drive and assist in the origination and execution of investment banking deals;
• Organize and prepare marketing materials, industry update and analysis and other presentations;
• Lead on valuation including development of financial models, financial statement analysis transaction execution including, transaction documentation, process management, etc.;
• Support client relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Investment Banking experience within Australia;   
• Minimum of 3 years of significant experience within Consumer, Retail and Healthcare.
• Minimum 3 year’s experience with M&A transactions
• Self-starter who is able to drive projects and workstreams;
• Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Good presentation skill and PowerPoint skills
• The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines;
• A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork, including guiding junior analysts;
• A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts;
