Responsibilities
- Drive and assist in the origination and execution of investment banking deals;
- Organize and prepare marketing materials, industry update and analysis and other presentations;
- Lead on valuation including development of financial models, financial statement analysis transaction execution including, transaction documentation, process management, etc.;
- Support client relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Investment Banking experience within Australia;
- Minimum of 3 years of significant experience within Consumer, Retail and Healthcare.
- Minimum 3 year’s experience with M&A transactions
- Self-starter who is able to drive projects and workstreams;
- Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Good presentation skill and PowerPoint skills
- The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines;
- A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork, including guiding junior analysts;
- A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts;
