Job Description:
- Dedicated central point of contact for Australia / New Zealand clients and distribution partners.
- Works closely with Sales on all aspects of client lifecycle and client relationships
- Liaison between client and the firm
- First point of escalation for clients and key internal teams on service delivery issues and opportunities
- Builds strong relationships with key internal departments to guarantee clients’ needs are met
- Handles client requests and queries
- Provides regular reporting to clients, distributors, platforms, consultants and prospects
- Provides effective pre- and post-sales support working closely with RMs, Products Specialists and other investment stakeholders
- Provides client servicing and sales support activities including:
1. Support, coordinate and oversight the client take-on and off process
2. Liaising with legal and various parties regarding client IMAs, distribution agreements, rebate agreements, NDAs, offer documents
3. Proactive ownership and coordination of complex client and distributor related queries and projects requiring input from various internal parties
4. Scheduling, coordinating and attending where applicable meetings and calls with clients alongside RMs
5. Support the RFPs, RFIs and due diligence questionnaires process, including coordinate with the RFP teams and other internal stakeholders
6. Provision of requested information and marketing materials
- Collaborates with all relevant internal functions on client servicing efforts
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time from senior management of NAM
Candidate requirements
- Minimum of 5-8 years of Client Servicing or Sales support experience in the financial services industry
- Strong experience in key markets (Institutional & Wholesale) and key countries mainly Australia / New Zealand, and experience across the Asia ex-Japan region would be a plus.
- Experience working within a complex, matrixed corporate environment effectively, and ability to navigate complex processes.
- Display passion and energy to support the business growth.
- Have sensitivity, discretion, and sound judgement with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Tertiary education (University Degree) required.
- Languages: Proficient in English (Written and Spoken).
