Job Title: Trade Repository Reporting (12 Months FTC)

Location: Singapore
Department and Role Overview:
Candidate will be responsible for analyzing Trade Repository requirements, documenting processes, and bridging the gap between various stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective trade repository reporting solutions, with particular focus on Global INR Reporting mandated by RBI to CCIL. The role will involve engaging with Change and Technology teams towards addressing solutions for the reporting.
Role Description:
· Review and challenge the business requirements for trade repository reporting
· Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement
· Review system enhancements within upstream applications as new requirements from regulatory guidelines arise
· Analyze the data flows between upstream systems, reporting suite and trade repositories
· Ensure the business rules and validation requirements are well-written and documented within the change requests
· Ensure the products in scope and various lifecycle events attributed to such products are accurately represented
· Perform quality checks
· Review new product launches in detail to assess applicability for TR and preparedness, including UAT
Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Work closely with Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams
· Partner with Change and Technology teams to facilitate requirements gathering
· Coordinate with Front Office technology teams, Middle Office teams and desk to understand the product nuances
· Discuss changes with the wider regulatory reporting parties to ensure standardization and harmonization
· Coordinate with market intermediaries and trade repositories such as CCIL for rules interpretation and reporting clarifications
Skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge required:
· Minimum 3 years experience dealing with OTC derivatives products
· Experience in working with existing Trade reporting regulations such as MAS, ASIC, etc.
· Experience in MI/MIS Reporting
· Has managed regulatory projects or OTC related regulatory projects
· Knowledge of trade lifecycle events
· Experience with trade repository platforms (such as DTCC, etc.)
· Understanding of financial markets infrastructure
· Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI
· Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills)
· JIRA or similar tracking tools
· Experience with trade repository platforms (such as DTCC, etc.)
· Knowledge of reporting language (XML, etc.), JIRA or similar tracking tools
· Experience in Requirements management tools and Workflow tools to manage exceptions
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
