Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end to end payroll processing for Singapore and other Asia countries.
- Ensure all instructions are in accordance with company policies, including allowances (fixed/ad-hoc), overtimes pay and reimbursement etc.
- Ensuring the payroll cycle (main, off-cycle & ad-hoc) are processed, reconciled, audited and transmitted accurately and timely.
- Work with vendors collaboratively to ensure smooth, accurate and on time payroll process.
- Ensure timely statutory contribution and submission.
- Communicate with employees regards to queries for payroll and employment tax.
- Act as Payroll SME and participate in regional payroll implementation project.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience in any industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing payroll requests in Singapore
- Minimum of 1 year of experience handling vendors
- Demonstrated understanding of Singapore payroll processes and tax regulations
- Hands-on experience with payroll, especially with handling payroll vendor
- Familiarity using Excel and spreadsheets
- Proven ability to analyse payroll data, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal and statutory standards
- Ability to manage payroll cycles and deliver outputs within established timelines and accuracy benchmarks
