Investment Banking Division Overview:

Responsibilities
- Driving the execution and origination of M&A in Southeast Asia
- Leading the execution of M&A mandates including project management, preparing marketing materials and financial model, due diligence, transaction documentation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting in origination of M&A mandates including organizing marketing efforts and preparing marketing materials
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of Investment Banking experience within Southeast Asia.
- Minimum of 5 years of track record in M&A transactions.
- Fluent in English is required alongside fluency in other Southeast Asian languages such as Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa is preferred as the role is required in writing financial modeling in Vietnamese, Thai, and Bahasa for clients.
- Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Good presentation skills
