Job Responsibilities:

Business Development & Product Leadership 

  • Assisting in origination and execution of advisory, financing and hedging business with Indonesian clients, working closely with the existing Indonesian team. Primary emphasis will be on advisory business (and the candidate must already be equipped with skills to support that business; financing and hedging skills are a “nice to have”)
  • Identifying and developing business opportunities, creating materials to support pursuing those along with other business, and assisting in client relationship development;
  • Gather company data and operating information on companies across various sectors
  • Evaluate market data and perform financial modeling to analyze trends and help value companies.
  • Work with the Indonesia coverage and relevant sector and product teams in driving and executing transactions, oversight on due diligence and valuation work etc

 

Job requirements:

  • At least 6 years of Investment Banking and Corporate Finance experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in deal origination and execution within Indonesia
  • Experience in building relationships with Indonesian Corporate & Institutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
