Function Overview:
To provide sales and after sales support to the Wealth Planning Solutions (“WPS”) Team. The position reports to Head of Trust and WPS.
Responsibilities:
- Work with WPS to prepare documents for new trust (and related insurance documents if applicable) and liaise with stakeholders eg Front Office (“FO”) for KYC follow up to ensure new trust pack is accurate and complete for submission to Trustee
- Liaise with Relationship Managers (“RM”)/Lending and Credit Solutions (“LCS”)/Credit Risk on their enquiries relating to WPS products eg premium financing application
- Facilitate WPS activities by managing WPS SharePoint and library of WPS documents
- Prepare marketing materials and proposals for WPS as required
- Assist in coordinating with brokers and stakeholders to on-board new insurance carriers and/or insurance products
- Co-ordinate trainings/events/marketing activities with RMs and stakeholders eg clearance from Compliance, CPT-qualification, replay setup, dry-run, attendance report
- Consolidate reports from Brokers/WPS & follow-up action, including pipelines, policy reviews
- Work with Trustee and brokers on monthly reporting of insurance revenue, and monitor receipt of such revenue
- Prepare periodic reports from time to time for management
- Liaise with RM/Trustee/WPS/external parties for procedural trust administration matters eg trust reviews, distributions etc
- Assist in marketing and promoting activities in relation to the three main solutions by WPS, viz trust, insurance referrals, and single family office setup in Singapore
- Any other job duties which the supervisor may delegate from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounts/Business/Finance or member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to work independently and respond on timely basis
- Team-player with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese
