Job Title:  Financial & Regulatory Reporting Change

Role Description:
Financial and Regulatory reporting change role within the Financial Control Division:
•    This role will require much adaptability to work on multiple projects and initiatives and a very dynamic individual who can pivot and work across a broad range of strategic initiatives. 
•    Leading the AEJ change book of work for regulatory reporting, financial reporting, capital management and technology.
•    Leading the formulation and implementation of technology solutions to improve process and control efficiencies.
•    Managing key projects and stakeholder across the region and group.
•    The role will involve active engagement in projects across the Finance Control space that will require strong knowledge and understanding of all areas of Finance, Systems and Data.
•    Will also require leadership, ownership and/or support in strategic forums and committees.
•    Hands on role requiring broad range of activities from business analyst coverage to crafting and presenting projects and proposals to key stakeholders.
•    Acting as a bridge between IT and Finance and managing and driving regional priorities.
•    Developing and managing Finance technology budgets.
•    Represent Finance Control in local and regional strategic project initiatives.

Skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge required:
•    Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in banking, financial institutions, or related consulting roles.
•    Expertise in data management and system architecture.
•    Very strong presentation skills and ability to translate technical details into strategic presentation material.
•    Previous experience in managing complex projects in financial services firms.
•    Expert understanding of financial and regulatory reporting systems. 
•    In depth knowledge of regional financial regulatory frameworks and Basel standards, with experience working with regulators such as MAS, SFC, FSS, RBI, and SEBI.
•    Expert knowledge in capital requirements and capital.
•    Strong understanding of both US GAAP and IFRS reporting.
•    Must be able to work well under tight deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.
•    Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualifications) preferred.
