The CTO function oversees group-wide transformation on strategically important, mission critical projects for the firm. We’re aligned to our key businesses across the group and operate to global standards and governance across our programs. Role description:

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and Regional Change Head, the International Wealth Management Program Lead will drive strategic change initiatives, oversee overall all Wealth Management program development, and ensure the successful execution of the ongoing expansion of the function. This position requires a strategic change leader with strong analytical skills, exceptional stakeholder management abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex cross functional, front to back, programs.

 

Other duties include:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for all wealth management delivery programs, aligning with organizational goals. These are predominately large-scale complex initiatives that require expertise in cross functional front to back program delivery.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of wealth management initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of program managers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and present comprehensive KPI’s and metrics around the program delivery including project reporting, dashboards to ensure transparency and effective decision-making.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to project constraints.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving operational excellence.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree from an accredited University.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience as a Program Manager within the wealth management sector, and a minimum of two years’ management experience.
  • Experience with Avaloq banking platform.
  • Experience of successful delivery of large-scale front to back (F2B) projects and of implementing digital transformation initiatives and digital roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of wealth management products and services, including global markets, with ability to ensure seamless delivery with the wealth management space.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven experience in driving organisational change across multiple corporate functions
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall), tools and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and monitor comprehensive portfolio change initiatives, including development and tracking of KPIs and metrics
