This critical role involves managing comprehensive client output systems, ensuring accurate performance calculations, and delivering high-quality reporting solutions to our high-net-worth clientele. Role Description:

Client output management and system ownership
- Own and manage the client output logic that orchestrates the generation, formatting, and delivery of all client communications across multiple financial platforms through both physical mailing and ePlatform online delivery channels.
- Client advice and notifications
- Avaloq portfolio statements and reporting
- FX margin statements and position reporting
- Performance, Credit, realized P/L statements and analytics
- Client P/L statements
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of all client-facing documentation
- Monitor and maintain reporting system integrity and data quality
- Performance Calculation Analytics
- Calculate and validate Performance Calculation methodologies which includes Time Weighted Rate of Return (TWRR) across client portfolios when required.
- Reconcile performance data across multiple systems
- Front office Support and Issue Resolution
- Serve as primary point of contact for front office queries regarding client output.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in client statements and performance reports
- Provide technical expertise on reporting logic and calculation methodologies
- Collaborate with relationship managers to address client reporting concerns
- Escalate complex issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
- Bespoke statement management

- Assess and verify logic requirements for new bespoke statement requests.
- Design custom reporting solutions for unique client requirements.
- Execute data extraction, validation, and preparation for specialized reports.
- Coordinate delivery of bespoke statements to clients and relationship teams.
- Maintain inventory of custom reporting solutions and their specification.
- Change management and system enhancement
- Participate in change initiatives impacting client output systems.
- Cross functional partnership with Product, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to implement new or revised client output.
- Assess impact of system upgrades, regulatory changes, and business requirements.
- Coordinate with IT teams on reporting system enhancements and implementations.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for new reporting features.
- Document process changes and update operational procedures.
Skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Wealth management operations, client reporting, or performance analytics.
- Strong background in financial statement preparation and performance measurement.
- Experience with portfolio management systems i.e Avaloq experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Client service orientation with focus on quality delivery.
