Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end payroll processing for Singapore and other assigned Asia countries.
- Ensure all instructions comply with company policies and statutory requirements, including fixed and ad-hoc allowance, overtimes payments and reimbursement etc.
- Ensuring the payroll cycle (main, off-cycle & ad-hoc) are processed, reconciled, audited and transmitted accurately and timely.
- Collaborate closely with external payroll vendors to ensure smooth, accurate and timely payroll operations.
- Ensure timely statutory contribution, filing and submission in accordance with local regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll and employment tax queries.
- Act as Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support regional payroll initiatives and implementation project.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on of experience managing payroll in Singapore
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with payroll vendors
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment tax and statutory regulations
- Proven hands-on experience in payroll operations, including vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
