Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track travel & expense (T&E) claims submission
- Data entry on T&E system in an accurate and timely manner
- Any other administrative support and/or ad hoc initiatives as deemed necessary
- Support 8-9 Investment Banking bankers
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience supporting Investment Banking Bankers.
- Minimum 8 years of experience within Investment Banking or Global markets.
- Good professional, well-organized with maturity and flexibility in supporting various activities
- Have strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Flexible to work as a team and also be able to work independently
- Good client orientation and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Proficient in MS Office
