Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Senior SRE / Platform Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations and Service Management team. You will focus on technical implementation, automation, and internal tooling delivery. Using the company’s standardized toolchain, you will build and configure pipelines, develop automation solutions, integrate data across systems, and deploy lightweight web tools to improve production stability, service governance, and operational visibility. You will work independently with strong ownership, proactively identify automation opportunities, and adapt quickly to diverse tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and configure project-specific CI/CD pipelines using the company’s standardized toolchain (GitLab, Jenkins, private cloud provisioning tools).

- Develop and maintain Python automation scripts to streamline incident management, change management, and service governance workflows.

- Integrate infrastructure and ITSM data via APIs and SQL to build reliable data flows for operational visibility.

- Implement and deploy lightweight internal web applications for incident tracking, audit timeline management, and data presentation.

- Integrate internal tools with company AI platforms via APIs to enable incident analysis, summarization, and intelligent insights.

- Proactively identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities by collaborating with stakeholders, even in the absence of fully detailed requirements.

- Independently troubleshoot implementation, integration, pipeline, and monitoring issues.

- Deliver robust, maintainable solutions and adapt efficiently across automation, data integration, and tool deployment tasks.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar role in an enterprise IT environment.

- Strong development background with expertise in Java and familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python or similar), demonstrating the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

- Practical SQL and CMDB experience across multiple systems.

- Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.

- Experience building and deploying basic full-stack web applications.

- Understanding ITSM processes, including incident, change, problem management, and service governance.

- Proactive SRE mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery.

- Quick learner with strong adaptability to new tools, processes, and requirements.

- Effective cross-team communicator with strong multitasking ability.

- Proficient in English skills for documentation and daily workplace communication.

Preferred Skills

- Practical experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and infrastructure monitoring.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Experience working in financial services or large enterprise infrastructure teams.

- Working experience of public cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure and others.

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts (Terraform / Ansible preferred).
