Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Senior Korean Corporates Sales & CFS teams in covering corporate clients across Korea, including both major conglomerates and mid-cap corporates
- Develop new and maintain potential and existing Corporate client relationships of the firm
- Use technical knowledge to develop structured solutions & complex solutions for corporate clients, including Project Finance (PF) and diverse corporate finance products
- Marketing trade ideas, solutions, and firm’s capabilities to clients, ensuring full compliance with Korean financial regulations and foreign exchange laws
- Preparation of market comments, client reports and presentations for the team
- Work closely with trading, structuring, operations as well as Legal, CRM and AML/KYC teams to ensure smooth execution of trades and timely resolution of any problems arises.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, and above
- Strong relationship with Korea based Corporates
- Solid understanding of both structured & flow products
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and personal skills
- Good understanding of South Korea’s financial regulatory framework and compliance protocols
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Fluent in English & Korean language
