Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end CRES operations, including:

- Engineering infrastructure and office space management
- Facilities and fixed asset management
- Property insurance, travel logistics, and general services (meetings, dining, mail/reprographics, company vehicles)

- Strategic Real Estate & Space Optimization
- Collaborate with the regional team to align local real estate strategy with business objectives
- Manage office leases, subleases, and space utilization to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Innovation & Process Improvement
- Drive continuous enhancement of CRES processes through innovative solutions, benchmarking, and best practices
- Evaluate and implement improvements to boost operational effectiveness, efficiency, and risk management
- Regional Initiative Leadership
- Champion regional CRES initiatives locally, taking ownership of selected projects to deliver measurable impact
- Contribute actively to regional improvement and innovation initiatives
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless CRES service delivery.
- Partner with IT and business units to support technology initiatives and critical infrastructure needs.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and outsourced service providers to optimize cost, quality, and innovation.
- Risk & Continuity Planning
- Establish robust incident management, business continuity, and escalation protocols.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Financial & Resource Stewardship
- Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring fiscal discipline and strategic allocation.
- Review resource requirements and operating models to enhance operational agility and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience & Expertise:
- Minimum 10 years of CRES management experience, with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Proven track record in banking/financial services, with deep understanding of large-scale corporate premises needs.
- Expertise in local building codes, regulations, and commercial construction practices (contracts, leases, budget/schedule management).
- Leadership & Strategic Skills:
- Ability to balance regional strategic oversight with granular local execution.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to lead culturally diverse teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation acumen for managing multiple vendors and delivering high-service outcomes in complex commercial environments.
- Operational Excellence:
- Highly motivated with sharp business acumen and outstanding written/oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet demanding deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
