Role description:
     Handle trade affirmation, confirmation, and settlement processes for OTC derivatives and bond products (including FX, vanilla & structured derivatives, bond, and futures). 
    Perform daily operational processes within the Operations department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.    
    Prepare and review local regulatory Reports for BOK (including FX position reporting), FSS, KOFIA, KRX TR reports, and other internal management reports.
    Support the BAU process for Client due diligence, FID, or EQD, depending on assignments.
    Reconcile deposits to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
    Work closely with internal and external counterparties to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
    Actively participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational processes and drive departmental efficiency. 

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
    Minimum of 1 years of relevant operations experience in financial institutions, preferably with a focus on OTC derivatives, bond operations and client due diligence.
    Preferred experience and knowledge with various financial products such as FX, OTC Vanilla & Structured Derivatives, equity, and fixed income products. 
    Expertise in Client Due Diligence processes and FID Operations, including KRW IRS CCP, equity and fixed income derivatives, and Bond product Confirmation, Settlement.
    Solid understanding of Korean regulatory reporting (BOK, FSS, KOFIA and KRX TR etc.)
    Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
    Strong attention to detail accuracy.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Fluent in both Korean and English (written and verbal)
    Analytical mindset with a strong sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
