Responsibilities
Assisting various tasks of Korea CAO (Chief Administrative Officer) on the following:
1)    Data Analytics

  • Continue to maintain and further develop data analytics related to NFIK revenues/ expenses and other issues requiring deep dive analysis

2)    Personal Data Management

  • Review the personal data protection status and identify potential risk
  • Review the personal data protection status for outsourced activities and work with legal for any remedy actions
  • Handle complaints if any

3)    Outsourcing Management.

  • Ensure outsourcing register is regularly updated and  properly approved in EMC before filing to regulators

4)    Other HQ admin

  • Collect the staff work status every morning in relation to Covid 19
  • Collect and prepare EMC agenda
  • Review the roles and responsibilities of regulatory returns and disclosure requirement
  • Update Overall Korea update for senior management visit & briefing
  • Prepare Korea quarterly report for AEJ/ EMEA wholesale management
  • Update Korea IR materials for NFIK notes issuance
  • Disseminate official letter to relevant divisions
  • Collect documents requiring company seal
  • Help organize various corporate events like town hall, year-end event, CSR activities
  • Write minutes /summary of various internal meetings
  • Calendar management, expense claim\


Requirements

  • Candidates with 1 – 3 years of working experience in business support 
  • Open to fresh graduates
