We are seeking a talented Vice President, Product Strategy to support our product innovation and development efforts across a wide range of investment vehicles during an exciting period of strategic expansion. You'll work alongside leadership and cross-functional teams to help identify market opportunities, differentiated investment strategies, and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our diverse client base.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Support research and product development efforts for innovative investment strategies and product structures across multiple investment vehicles including ETFs, mutual funds, interval funds, SMAs, CITs, and institutional separate accounts and others
  • Research and evaluate new product opportunities across equity, fixed income, alternatives, digital asset, and multi-asset strategies
  • Conduct analysis across the asset management industry, tracking product innovation, market trends, and positioning strategies
  • Create presentations, strategic reports, and analytical materials for leadership and external audiences
  • Perform advanced quantitative analysis using Bloomberg, Simfund, Morningstar, Excel, and other analytical tools

 

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required; MBA and/or CFA designation preferred
  • 6+ years’ financial services experience with significant focus on product management, product strategy, or investment strategy development
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives
  • Understanding of investment product structures, mechanics, and regulatory requirements across multiple vehicles
  • Strategic mindset with strong investment, analytical, and quantitative aptitude
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Collaborative work style with ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization proficiency
  • Expert-level knowledge of Bloomberg, Morningstar, Simfund, and similar analytical platforms
  • Experience with derivatives, alternative investments, and structured products
  • Experience in product development across multiple investment vehicles
  • Series 7 and Series 63 (or acquisition within 90 days of hire)

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
