Role Description:
- Act as a strategic liaison between trading operations and enterprise functions, driving globalization and standardization of investment platform processes.
- Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives across Compliance, Investment Risk, Legal, Middle Office, Investment Operations, Operational Risk, and Technology to deliver seamless client outcomes and operational excellence.
- Drive investment platform transformation by establishing best practices and governance frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Lead the planning, development and implementation of new products with cross-asset impact. Define and analyze markets, develop detailed product features and requirements, and construct and execute implementation plans.
- Leverages qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to identify optimization opportunities.
- Serve as subject matter expert for Aladdin platform operations, managing trading configuration changes, commission structures, CSA modifications, and system enhancements.
- Own change management lifecycle for Virtu platform including version upgrades, broker FIX connectivity implementations, and trading infrastructure evolution.
- Coordinate Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) exit activities, ensuring seamless migration of services and business continuity during platform transitions.
- Participate in and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
- Coordination and participation in various trading related projected and other special projects and duties as assigned.
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- 5-7+ years of global project management experience within capital markets operations
- Proven track record implementing front office technology solutions (OMS/EMS/trading tools)
- Deep expertise in Aladdin investment and trading functionality
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end trading workflows spanning front and middle office operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative, cross-functional relationships

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
