Role Description: The Senior Business Analyst serves as a critical partner in facilitating digital transformation and change management across the NAMI investment platform. This role functions as a Junior Digital Solutions Officer (DSO), providing essential leverage and support to investment teams including equities, fixed income, and multi-asset teams. The position requires an independent, senior-level professional who can work with minimal oversight while serving as the primary liaison between technology solutions and investment operations.

  • Conduct comprehensive intake documentation and analysis of investment requests and technology requirements
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders on solution design and implementation approaches
  • Facilitate the design and development of innovative investment solutions across multiple asset classes
  • Lead project management for technology implementations and process improvement initiatives
  • Serve as primary communication liaison between investment teams and technology/operations groups
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives and change management processes
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of investment platform enhancements
  • Support business continuity planning and risk mitigation strategies
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
