Corporate Title: Associate

Role Description:

The Risk & Governance team establishes and maintains risk frameworks ensuring the business adheres to regulatory and internal policies, manages risk, and promotes a culture of accountability. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing and periodic updates of policies and standards related to the various Risk Frameworks
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to update Frameworks and standards based on process enhancements or regulatory changes
  • Support Committee Governance by managing the corporate records, administering meetings, and overseeing adherence to charter obligations and other governing documentation
  • Support periodic communication campaigns and training related to governance and risk frameworks

 

 

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • 5+ yrs experience in Risk, with corporate governance experience preferred
  • Robust communication skills, verbal and written, including developing procedure and controls documentation.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to initiate and lead conversations with senior leaders.

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards and eligibility for commissions for applicable sales roles in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
