The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $110k-120k * (see below footnote for additional compensation and benefits information).
Role Description:
- selling mutual funds, separately managed accounts, ETFs and Private Market Solutions to the broker-dealer community
- consulting and advising with financial advisors to provide them with value-added strategies to increase growth of their practice
- expanding and deepening relationships with financial advisors to meet or exceed sales targets, retain existing assets, cross-sell and grow AUM
- liaising between the financial advisor and the Macquarie home office
- utilizing firm resources including but not limited to SS&A, Salesforce, Allego, Seismic, Ycharts and other technologies
- maintaining CRM database with accurate and up-to-date activity, sales pipeline, and advisor information
- managing travel and entertainment budget wisely and in a manner that complies with internal compliance and our client firms’ cash/non-cash policies
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- External wholesaling experience with a proven track record of sales and growing a territory.
- Residing in the territory
- Deep knowledge of and existing relationships within the Broker-Dealer community of S.TX, LA
- Series 7 and 66 (or 7, 63 and 65) licenses required
- CAIA, CIMA, CFP, CFA or other industry designations preferred
- Clean U-4, clean compliance record required

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
