Role Description:
- Manage and maintain sales enablement content within Seismic, including uploads, updates, archiving and version control
- Ensure content is properly tagged, categorized and aligned to business objectives
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to publish approved content and remove outdated or non-compliant assets
- Support content governance standards to maintain platform consistency
- Continue work with strategic goals in mind to further the roadmap for the platform
- Document processes and maintain continuity to ensure smooth transition
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- Experience managing content in Seismic
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple content updates and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable collaborating and communicating cross-functionally with other teams
- Familiarity with sales enablement best practices
- Experience building out automation/LiveDocs within the Seismic platform is preferable, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field, or relative work experience
