Role Description:

You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and develop new digital capabilities for our clients, partners, and people. As a key contact for the business, you will identify digital solution requirements and work closely with data analysts, engineers, and scrum masters. Additionally, you will support the Digital Solutions Owner in identifying, prioritising, and implementing digital solutions.

 

 

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • 3–5 years in financial services as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or business analytics role.
  • Background in implementing digital solutions within financial services or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Skilled in Agile methodologies for data-driven decision-making and ongoing business improvement.
  • Proven track record of implementing digital solutions in the financial services sector or a related industry.
  • Experience in requirements gathering (interviews, workshops), creating user stories, and process flows.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in application testing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
