Securitized Products is pivotal in driving origination, structuring, and execution of securitization transactions, working closely with clients, trading desks, and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored structured finance solutions.

 

 

Role Description

 

Work closely with Whole Loan Trading Desk with respect to asset management of residential and commercial loans, oversight of credit, originator and servicer performance review, oversight of DQ loans.

 

 

Job Duties

 

  • Lead Asset Management across residential and commercial mortgage assets

  • Originator oversight and performance tracking with Trading Desk, Data/Analytics team, Internal Risk and Legal

  • Manage all counterparty diligence and onboarding for the desk with the help of trading desk, execution team, internal and external counsel

 

 

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Required

 

  • Strong structured finance experience (e.g. residential whole loans, commercial whole loans, workout solutions for non-performing and re-performing loans)

  • Familiarity with finance and bankruptcy laws and related issues

  • Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management

  • Ability to work independently and respond proactively to business needs

  • Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative work environment
