Role description:

The candidate will be an integral member of a growing Global Credit Team at Nomura.   
The candidate will work as a Credit Sales person in New York covering a wide range of US accounts for both Asian and CEEMEA Credit products. Nomura has a long standing top- tier Asian Credit franchise and a growing CEEMEA and MENA footprint and the candidate will work to expand that reach in the US as well as working to grow our product offering into the client base.

Key skills for success is a candidate that has sound fundamental Credit background, an active learner that can distill content across a broad Credit Spectrum to effectively market it to the right audience, as well as developing and maintain a broad client base. Asian and or Emerging Market experience preferred but not necessary. Client ideally would have an existing set of clients that are compatible and accretive to the franchise. Candidate should have strong communication skills, ability to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment, and be a self-starter with consistent work ethic.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Credit markets.
  • Ideal candidate would be passionate about Credit with a willingness to develop broad product expertise
  • Confidence to work in a Global team based approach
  • Personable and Engaging.
