Role Description:
- Selling mutual funds, separately managed accounts, ETFs and Private Market Solutions to the broker-dealer community
- Consulting and advising with financial advisors to provide them with value-added strategies to increase growth of their practice
- Expanding and deepening relationships with financial advisors to meet or exceed sales targets, retain existing assets, cross-sell and grow AUM
- Liaising between the financial advisor and the Nomura home office
- Utilizing firm resources including but not limited to SS&A, Salesforce, Allego, Seismic, Y-charts and other technologies
- Maintaining CRM database with accurate and up-to-date activity, sales pipeline, and advisor information
- Managing travel and entertainment budget wisely and in a manner that complies with internal compliance and our client firms’ cash/non-cash policies
- Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- CAIA, CIMA, CFP, CFA or other industry designations preferred
- Clean U-4, clean compliance record required
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- Extensive External wholesaling experience in the open territory with a proven track record of sales and territory growth in that territory.
- Currently resides in the territory, optimally located to cover the entire territory effectively and efficiently.
- Deep existing relationships with advisors and centers of influence with relevant Wire and Independent advisors.
- Series 7 and 66 (or 7, 63 and 65) licenses required

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
