Role Description:

  • Management of Transaction Committee Approval Process
  • Review and challenge of Transaction Submissions
  • Support NBG Lead in challenging, enhancing and globalisation of Transaction Frameworks
  • Policy and Procedure management, enhancement and globalisation
  • Reporting and presenting to Risk Management forums
  • Ownership of Business relationships
  • Participating in IT Development, UAT and release
  • Breach Investigation and write up
  • Support the operation of Senior Risk Management Committees

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Solutions-driven: Able to garner support across a broad and varied group of individuals in various functions and at all levels of the organization, capable of understanding diverse and complex issues and identifying and proactively driving resolution
  • Excellent communication skills both written/verbal must. Able to understand and summarise issues and solutions at a high level, ability to interact with the most senior individuals Globally, both in the business and the control functions
  • Strong team player and quick learner.
  • Understanding of financial products
  • AI skills desirable.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, Python desirable.

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
