The Americas & Global Talent team is responsible for all aspects of talent management, performance management and learning & development for the firm.
Role description:
The Performance and Talent Management specialist will be working within our Global Performance Management practice area, this team is responsible for delivering all talent processes including; Performance Management, Talent reviews, Succession Planning and Advancement. This role will also collaborate very closely with local and global Talent team members to execute against our talent strategy across the Americas.
Focus areas to highlight:
- Provide insights and experience to help constantly improve our performance culture that focused on differentiating talent through thoughtful talent management exercises.
- Understand best thinking and latest research behind innovative performance management approaches.
- Ensure all aspects of the Talent management processes are delivered for AMR
- Measure the effectiveness and impact of the performance management processes in AMR
- Lead talent projects, including maintenance of project plans, change and communication plans
- Collaborate across the Global Performance Management function, Talent more broadly and with HRBPs
- Consolidating output from Talent reviews and provide insights on how to improve YOY experiences and outputs
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development/Talent Development
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree or advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing cyclical talent activities at the organizational level, e.g., performance reviews, Talent reviews, promotion processes
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written, oral, and positive influential interpersonal skills required
- Proficient in outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Results-oriented and "hands-on" approach
- Must be an independent thinker, possess strong organization skills, strong customer focus and orientation
- Must be able manage conflicting priorities and able to deliver within tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors a plus
