Department Overview

Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) provides premises related support service to ensure the efficiency and productivity services to the company.

Responsibilities of the Junior Project Manager:

  • Responsible for processing & updating all NJL’s through Accordant
  • Coordinate the quarterly allocation reports (thru Accordant) with supervision
  • Coordinates small construction projects including budgets and schedules with supervision
  • Coordinates small maintenance projects with Building Services Group
  • Assists in space planning and drafting for interior renovation projects
  • Assists on in-house moves as needed
  • Assists in large scale construction projects as needed

 

Skills / Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in an architecture, interior design or similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design or a similar area
  • Must be fully versant in AutoCAD R2018
  • Experience with Accordant R10 or a similar system
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
