NCM Marketing manages brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, product marketing, content, design, PR/communications, events, and analytics across owned / earned / paid channels.

 

Job Purpose

We are seeking a marketing professional to join our growing team to deliver multiple parts of marketing campaigns, strategy, and execution. We are looking for someone who can innovate and execute in a fast-paced environment with ownership mentality as these are key skills to succeed. This role reports to the Head of Marketing of Nomura Capital Management and is in Nomura’s midtown Manhattan office with a hybrid work arrangement of 4 days in the office and remote Fridays.

 

Job Responsibilities

Campaigns:

  • Drive ideas by identifying opportunities and challenges to reach clients effectively.
  • Build collaborative relationship with sales to align marketing efforts.
  • Partner closely with internal and external teams to produce and execute campaigns.

Social Media:

  • Manage social media calendar, assets, approvals, and scheduling.
  • Plan and maintain content and approvals for influencers and corporate account.
  • Manage sponsored content and paid ads, engagement, and effectiveness in LinkedIn.

Email Marketing:

  • Aid in crafting and deploying HTML emails / campaigns.
  • Manage audience segmentation and personalization and distribution lists.
  • Execute emails in marketing automation system.

Marketing Analytics:

  • Evaluate marketing effectiveness through KPIs and provide insights.
  • Leverage digital engagement data in GA and SF to analyse performance.
  • Create and manage marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Build measurement programs that deliver leads to sales.

Project Management:

  • Manage campaigns and roadmaps across owned / earned / paid media.
  • Prepare and rotate content and assets.
  • Project manage deadlines, assets, and executions to ensure timeliness and accuracy.

Marketing Materials:

  • Champion digital marketing and digital-first mindset across marketing
  • Ensure brand consistency across sales and marketing materials.
  • Oversee design deliverables and assist with marketing presentations.

Qualification & Core Skills requirement

  • 5-10 years of marketing experience, preferably with 5+ years in investment management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Problem solver, creative, positive energy, efficient, fast working, attention to detail
  • Process ownership to deliver on time and flawlessly in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Pardot (Account Engagement), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Adobe InDesign or Illustrator are a plus.
