The Americas Investment Banking Division (IBD) provides a vast array of advisory and financing solutions capabilities to corporations and institutions around the world. Our global teams consist of experienced professionals who act as advisory, coverage, and product specialists.
- Coverage: Financial Sponsors coverage and Industry coverage in areas including Consumer / Retail, Financial Institutions, Healthcare, Technology and Media Services, and Greentech Industrials and Infrastructure
- Client Financing & Solutions: Product specialists in traditional capital markets and financing functions, including Acquisition & Leveraged Finance, Equity Capital Markets, Risk Solutions, and Debt Capital Markets
- M&A: Advisory services pertaining to mergers, acquisitions, strategic assignments, and debt and equity advisory
As a member of the Greentech, Infrastructure & Industrials Equity Capital Markets team, you will be working with managing directors, executive directors & associates on servicing and executing client transactions across various equity products, including but not limited to: IPO/Follow-ons, PIPE, Private Placement, SPAC, and ATMs.

What Role Might You Play?
- Deal Execution: Work closely with clients and execution teams on live transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings, financings, and derivative transactions
- Client Relationship Management: Generate and present ideas at client meetings as a member of a deal team alongside senior bankers
- Strategic Analysis: Through financial, structural, and business risk analysis, support transactions and client presentations
- New Business Development: Actively participate in the effort to pitch and win new mandates from clients, leverage proprietary content and ideas
- Team Management and Development: Manage Analysts to execute deliverables for clients and support the training and mentoring of junior professionals
Requirements
- 5-10 years of investment banking experience; 3+ years of equity capital markets experience
- Outstanding academic qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding technical and analytical skills
- Series 7 and 63 required
*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
