The Head of Content Marketing will lead a team of content marketers and investment writers responsible for developing and commercializing insights, elevating the voices of our investment experts, and strengthening the firm’s position as a leading authority on markets and investment strategy.

The role demands deep investment expertise and market knowledge, combined with the editorial instinct to identify compelling stories, the strategic rigor to build the foundation, and the creative ambition to tell them in ways this industry has not seen before.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver multi-format experiences that capture and elevate the perspectives of our thought leaders and investment teams.
  • Partner with the Chief Investment Strategist to build a signature market insights platform that translates complex market developments into timely, practical perspectives and portfolio implications.
  • Lead the content development, activation, and global distribution of the firm’s annual outlooks and other top-down macroeconomic insights, translating and promoting their key themes and investment perspectives through integrated campaigns throughout the year.
  • Develop and oversee the editorial strategy and calendar to ensure consistent publishing across paid and owned properties spanning SEO- and AEO-optimized web content, broad marketing emails and social media.
  • Report and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and track how leading content organizations in financial services and other industries are evolving.
  • Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback from client-facing teams to assess client demand and sentiment, identify emerging needs, and inform new content opportunities.
  • Test innovative amplification strategies across digital channels, social media, and client-facing platforms.
  • Identify, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage and amplify the social profiles of executive thought leaders to increase their visibility, strengthen their positioning, and strengthen their position as recognized authorities in their respective areas of expertise.

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing within financial services
  • Experience leading high-performing marketing teams within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Deep knowledge of investment markets and the needs of institutional and wealth management audiences.
  • Proven ability to build thought leadership platforms and translate complex investment insights into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with clients, financial advisors, and the media.
  • Expertise in modern content distribution and discovery, including digital amplification, search optimization and emerging AI-driven platforms.
  • Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and editorial judgment across multiple channels and formats.
  • Strong track record partnering with investment, product, distribution and media stakeholders to align content with commercial priorities and measurable business outcomes.
