Role Description / Areas of Responsibility
- Cross business collaboration: Work closely with GM Sales/Product partners, International Wealth Management teams to drive solutions for clients. Support joint venture and cross collaboration initiatives
- Deal pipeline management: Centrally track, manage and digitally optimize the deal pipeline
- Strategic reporting and presentation: Prepare high quality reports, business updates, integrated solution / deal specific pitch decks for senior management and global stakeholders
- Process Optimization and Special Projects: Contribute to streamlining deal execution and structuring process, pipeline management and initiatives to enhance one bank solutions teaming with other divisions.
- Conduct preliminary due diligence on originated transactions, analyze financials, assess risks and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate deal structuring.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements such as MNPI, conflict management, cross border guidelines etc. to support risk assessments related to one bank solutions.
Key Contribution Areas Critical to Success
- Strong financial analysis, due diligence and risk assessment skills. Basic understanding of credit and market risk in financial transactions
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Python/VBA, PowerPoint presentations and data analysis with experience in using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Qlikview etc.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project coordination abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate and team with global stakeholders and manage multiple / competing priorities and timezones
Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Required
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking or wealth management
- Fast learner
- Ability to work effectively as part of the team
- Strong work ethics
- Multitasking and ability to work with multicultural teams
- Dependable and proactive.
- Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently
- MBA Preferred
