Role description:
- Managing the Investment Management team’s calendars in an extremely fast-paced environment amid frequent schedule changes, conflicting priorities, and new demands
- Ensure that the Investment Management team is continually apprised of critical upcoming meetings, deadlines and challenges to ensure that their workday is orderly and manageable
- Coordinating with Executive Assistants of other Senior Managers to ensure critical Business imperatives and deadlines are satisfied
- Organizing meetings (internal and external), ensuring their purpose is clear, and continually prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Screening and answering calls; making travel arrangements; promptly processing expense reports
- Coordinate with Technology and other support to ensure Executive’s infrastructure is correctly functioning
- Prepare and edit presentations
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives/ Senior MD’s in an administrative capacity.
- Very strong work ethic, demonstrating initiative, professionalism, poise and flexibility
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
- Exemplary organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with all levels of internal management and staff
