Role Description / Areas of Responsibility

 

  • Provide support to a senior MDs and direct reports

  • Calendar Management

  • Expense reporting

  • International and Domestic Travel Arrangements

  • Screening calls, act as gatekeeper

  • Meeting/Event logistics coordination

  • Filing, faxing and any ad hoc projects assigned

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Required

 

  • 2-3 years of Administrative Experience within Financial Services, preferably the front office team 

  • BA Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
