Department Overview:

  • Legal team of regulatory and transactional attorneys and documentation specialists supporting all Global Markets businesses, including Equities, Rates, Credit, FX, Securitized Products and various Solutions businesses

 

Role description:

  • Work closely with attorneys in Global Markets Legal and the Business with respect to the documentation and execution of a wide range of products, with a primary focus on equity linked-notes and OTC equity derivatives
  • Negotiate directly with clients
  • Liaise and interact with different internal groups in New York and globally to facilitate transactions and projects
  • Maintain and update key documentation templates
  • Assist with the implementation of regulatory and change management projects that impact Global Markets

 

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

  • Experience with executing and documenting financial products, primarily structured notes and OTC derivatives
  • Familiarity with ISDA documentation
  • Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail and responsiveness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and respond proactively to business needs
  • Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative work environment
