Job Description/Roles and Responsiblities 

 

  • Junior Salesperson on Nomura’s Convertible Bond desk in New York.
  • Support and back up existing Sales team while gaining knowledge of our product and industry.
  • Learn the product from a top tier US Convertible desk that was established in 2010. 
  • Develop skill set strong enough to be covering clients as soon as possible (time frame will vary depending on candidate’s ability to get up to speed.)

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Analyst Entry Level Position with no experience necessary
  • Smart, hungry and hardworking candidate who is willing to focus his sole attention to this role.
  • Team Player that has experience in working in groups.
  • Recently graduated from university with undergraduate degree in economics or finance encouraged but not required.
