Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven marketing professional to join our Marketing team as a Content Marketing Manager.

This role is ideal for a content leader who understands that great storytelling doesn’t require complexity and is passionate about translating investment ideas into clear, compelling narratives for financial advisors and their clients.

 

The Content Marketing Manager will oversee content development and own how content is promoted, placed and experienced across channels. This role is responsible for shaping end-to-end content strategy – from insight development through promotion, placement and performance measurement – to drive engagement and support our go-to-market priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Investment Strategists, thought leaders and Portfolio Construction teams to develop and execute strategic and educational content initiatives.
  • Translate complex investment insights into clear, compelling content and visual storytelling moments for financial advisors and clients across multiple formats.
  • Own the end-to-end content lifecycle, including planning, creation, editorial oversight, production, calendaring, and delivery.
  • Lead content promotion and placement across owned, earned, and paid channels, optimizing formats, sequencing, and channel mix to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Own the content publishing calendar to ensure relevant, consistent content creation, activation and distribution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across campaigns, projects and programs to deliver quality content on tight deadlines.

 

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in asset management or financial services, with a focus on content marketing.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to edit for style, substance, and grammar, as well as a strong ownership mentality.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, content distribution channels, and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience using data and analytics to inform content decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Strong work ethic with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
