Role Description:
Product Manager, Cash Prime Brokerage

Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Cash Prime Brokerage. Translate margin methodologies, client requirements, and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions. Drive strategic roadmap for Cash PB platform with fit-for-purpose, globally consistent architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Platform Development

• Own Cash PB product strategy and platform roadmap
• Partner with Sales, Trading, and management to evolve platform meeting client demand and competitive positioning
• Drive governance and prioritization across cross-functional programmes, ensuring delivery against timelines and commercial outcomes
• Collaborate with Operations and Middle Office to streamline front-to-back Cash PB processes and strengthen control frameworks

Margin & Regulatory Expertise

• Act as subject matter expert for Regulatory Margin Framework inc. FINRA 4210, Reg T, Portfolio Margin, OCC Margin
• Partner with Risk, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure product design meets commercial objectives and regulatory requirements (Reg T, FINRA 4210, portfolio margining, central clearing)
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into platform enhancements
• Lead cross-functional teams achieving margin optimization and operational efficiency

Technology Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with CTO and Project Management teams to translate business requirements into technology delivery
• Hold technology teams accountable for delivery quality and timelines while escalating appropriately
• Communicate at all levels: technical depth to specialists; strategic framing to senior management
• Work with global stakeholders on platform standardization and transformation initiatives

What Success Looks Like

• Comprehensive Cash PB roadmap with clear prioritization and business impact, leading to key programme deliveries for Cash PB especially US/EMEA
• Enhanced margin optimization driving measurable P&L impact and capital efficiency
• Strong business partnerships as trusted advisor and subject matter expert
• Platform consolidation with clear end-state definitions and migration paths

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:

• 10+ years Prime Brokerage experience in product management or platform development within Cash PB

• Demonstrated delivery of arranged financing platforms — ideally built at large institutions and scaled at smaller shops
• Deep knowledge of regulatory margin frameworks (Reg T, FINRA 4210, portfolio margining)
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams globally
• Exceptional communication skills flexing between detail-oriented technical depth and senior-level strategic framing
