Role Description:

The Global Markets COO function plays an important role in supporting the effective management and execution of the Foreign Exchange business. The team partners closely with FX Sales, Trading, Structuring and supporting functions to drive business performance, maintain strong controls and support strategic initiatives across the platform.

 

The Vice President, FX Business Manager will work closely with senior FX leadership and the broader front-office organization to support the day-to-day management of the FX business. The role will have exposure across commercial strategy, financial performance, business planning, governance, controls, technology and change initiatives.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

  • Support senior FX leadership in the day-to-day management of the Foreign Exchange business.
  • Partner closely with FX Sales, Trading and Structuring teams across business-management and strategic initiatives.
  • Support business planning, performance management and execution of key priorities across the FX franchise.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between the FX business and Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology and HR.
  • Prepare management information, business updates and materials for senior leadership.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve revenue performance, operating efficiency and client coverage.

* base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
