SABRE (Strategy, Analytics, and Business Reengineering) Overview:
The SABRE manages strategy, analytics, and business analysis, and project management for Wholesale Operations with best practice approach. Projects range from front-to-back bookings flow for new products/businesses, regulatory changes, cross border flow streamlining, data and information management, to system and process improvement. Many of the projects entail systematic changes requiring new processes that generate data and information used by operations and enterprise data management to support the business. Purpose of this team is to oversee all projects and manage change management across all the lines of Operations.
The primary focus of the team is to apply a structured management methodology across Americas Operations through the below key functions:
- Partner with key business partners to execute operational strategy and effectiveness requiring organized, planning, execution and cross functional communication.
- Impact delivery and optimization of current infrastructure and process can be sustained to business growth.
- Perform BA/PM top-prioritized initiatives (BRD, FRD, Gap Analysis, Risk Impact, Implementation)
- Conduct front-to-back process reviews for regulatory implementation
- Facilitate working groups, forum and meetings from domestic to global participation
- Liaise and facilitate scalability and productivity initiatives
Role Description / Areas of responsibility:
The SABRE resource will focus on:
- Provide support to a cross functional program to with a high degree of professionalism and attention detail.
- Ability to learn on the job quickly about new domains with the guidance of subject matter experts and managers support
- Understanding operations workflows, processes, controls and data requirements
- Facilitating and managing project implementation initiatives within our portfolio of programs
- Following the global project guidelines and delivering necessary artefacts for each project (Initiation document, governance process, BRD, Budget tracking, project plan, UAT plan and scripts, RAID log, go-live runbook, and other artefacts as required)
- Coordinating project discipline and process to conduct deep dive requirements and coordinate across changes in operational functions and processes
- Delivering program updates to key stakeholders and managing meetings with regional and global stakeholders and SMEs
- Prior large scale project experience In Investment Banking Operations is preferred, as is strong knowledge of project lifecycle and best practices

Skills, experience, qualifications / knowledge required
- 6+ years of experience in Financial Services in a Project Management or Business Analysis role
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business Management or related field
- Strong data analysis, oral and written communication, best practices in SDLC and controls specific to business process analysis, testing, risk impact analysis and project management with strong organization skills
- Self –Starter, driven and team player with ability to work with all levels of teams in a fast-paced Capital Markets environment
- Energetic about making an impact on an evolving organization both locally and globally
- Management Experience
