Role Description

 

  • Screening calls, managing calendars, travel arrangements, organization charts, processing expenses, meeting and event planning, and client relations.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, reports, and presentations.

  • Coordinate with managers and HR to onboard new employees through the NJL applications. 

  • Maintain divisional intranet website. 

  • Responsible for quality assurance, including the publication of weekly articles, monthly publications, web forms and links.

  • Maintain floor plans and inventory of equipment.

  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors.

 

 

Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Required

 

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior HR executives in an administrative capacity.

  • Motivated, diligent learner that is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Bachelors degree required.

  • Proficient in MS Office

 

 

*base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
