Role description:
- Screening calls, managing calendars, travel arrangements, organization charts, processing expenses, meeting and event planning, and client relations.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with managers and HR to onboard new employees through the NJL applications.
- Maintain divisional intranet website.
- Responsible for quality assurance, including the publication of weekly articles, monthly publications, web forms and links.
- Maintain floor plans and inventory of equipment.
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior HR executives in an administrative capacity.
- Motivated, diligent learner that is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Proficient in MS Office
