Nomura Services India, (Powai) supports Nomura’s businesses around the world. Powai’ s world class capabilities in trading support, research, information technology, financial control, operations, risk management and legal support have played a key role in facilitating Nomura’s global operations and are an integral part of Nomura’s global expansion plans. The Powai operation is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business.

 

·       1st and 2nd level of handling of Autosys environments catering to Nomura globally.

·       Willing to work in highly demanding 24x7 production support environment

·       Ensure all reporting of incidents is presented in an accurate and timely manner

·       Production support involving round the clock dependent activities for global regions and cross-teams.

·       Identify and document procedures which lead to timely resolution to incidents and problems

·       Monitoring / Scheduling Jobs in the Autosys environments abiding by the Change & Audit guidelines.

·       Troubleshooting of all scheduling / execution issues of the batches.

·       Supporting the Autosys services in Cloud via Ansible Tower, Cisco Cloud Centre Manager, etc
