Nomura Services India, (Powai) supports Nomura’s businesses around the world. Powai’ s world class capabilities in trading support, research, information technology, financial control, operations, risk management and legal support have played a key role in facilitating Nomura’s global operations and are an integral part of Nomura’s global expansion plans. The Powai operation is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business.
- Support application onboarding process to IAM platform/tool.
- Work with various business and technology stakeholders to ensure IAM controls are adhered to related to DART processes.
- Monitor and address any user access created or reactivated outside of approved provisioning tools.
- Manage & Support application integration steps with IAM platform/tool (Saviynt/PlainID and others) required for access reconciliation & certification processes.
- Ensuring global IT risk and controls Policies and procedures for technologies and services are applied appropriately as a part of IAM implementation.
- Develop and document process related changes
- Providing support, maintenance and development for the team’s internal web pages.
- Development and Documentation of standards, policies and guidelines for internal team use and end user guides related to IAM.
- Assist in identification and development of support opportunities wherever appropriate
- Understanding of Audit and regulatory requirements and support the stakeholders with relevant data.
- MIS and report creation for management and stakeholders
Educational requirement:
- Graduate in IT or any stream.
Experience and Certification:
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience. Work exp in technology teams or any support functions will be a plus.
- Good understanding of MS-Excel, MS-word etc.
