Job Description/ Mind set:

·       Responsible for the design, development, delivery & maintenance of the firm wide strategic front end applications as well as backend components(s).

·       Hands on individual contributor.

·       Key Technical Skills: 

Frontend Technologies:

  • JavaScript & CSS

Backend Technologies:

  • Node.js
  • Core Java
  • Spring Framework & Spring Boot
  • Microservices architecture

Database Technologies:

  • SQL (SQL Server)
  • NoSQL (MongoDB)

Messaging & Integration:

  • Message Queues (Solace or Kafka)

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills

  • Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes
  • ORM: Hibernate/JPA
  • Messaging: Java Messaging Service (JMS)
  • Caching Frameworks: GemFire, Redis, or EhCache
  • Additional message queue experience

·       Implementation experience of minimum 3 years on React JS & 2 years in Core Java

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

·       Responsible for the design, development, delivery & maintenance of the firm wide strategic Data Quality Engine (DQE) backend & UI application components(s).

·       Articulate technical design & solutions to non-technical / business users.

·       Ownership of project work during difference phases from initiation, development, unit testing to QA, UAT, Staging and Production.

·       Profiling of current application, new changes and identify areas of performance improvement and memory optimization.

·       Regional L3 coverage. Providing regional technical SME input to the production services / L2 team.

·       Documenting technical design and other operational procedures
